WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR?
Everything we have is a gift from God. Don't take anything for granted. We are stewards of these gifts. So express your gratitude, use what you have wisely, take no credit for anything.
It is only because of God's love, grace and mercy that we have anything.
Thank God for your life, your abilities, your talents, your material wealth and your opportunities. These are yours only because God has given them to you. Be grateful and responsible with all you have. You will be held accountable for the way you use your gifts.
Ps. 107:1 - O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
I Cor. 15:57 - But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The whole month of December we will be collecting new baby items that will be delivered to Genesis Women's Clinic at the end of the month.

WHY CHRISTMAS?
Read a chapter a day in Luke there are twenty four chapters which brings us to Christmas Day.
Luke gives the reason for the birth of Jesus our Lord and Savior. He also gives us details of the life of Christ and examples of how we should live our lives.
If you have ever asked yourself why are we here? Why am I here? What is my purpose?
These questions and more will be answered in the Bible.
If you have not read the Bible in a while, NOW is a good time to start.
You can find the answers to these questions;
Who is Jesus?
Why did Jesus leave his home in Heaven to come live as a man on earth?
Was Jesus an ordinary man?
Does everyone go to Heaven?
Is Hell real?
Am I really a sinful person in need of a savior?
How can I find hope, joy, and eternal peace?
How do I become a child of God and know that I am going to Heaven?
For these answers and more please read your Bible and come visit us as we preach God's word, from God's word, as God spoke it.

Is your life not what you thought it would be?
Do you need a new outlook on life?
Are you feeling like there has got to be more to life than what you are experiencing?
If you have been living YOUR life YOUR way and not including GOD then the answer is probably "yes" to the above questions.
Maybe its time to give GOD a try. God made you, with a plan in mind, for your life. If you are not including God in your plans maybe its time to give "GOD'S PLAN" a try.
A new year could bring a new you.
Start coming to church, spend time with God in prayer and read your Bible everyday. Find out what God's plan is for your life.
